As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations—from receiving and inspecting inventory to picking, packing, and shipping products with precision. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for growth, skill development, and advancement within a dynamic company that values hard work, safety, and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

Receive & Inspect Shipments:

Unload, inspect, and verify all incoming materials and products. Report discrepancies or damage immediately.

Maintain Accurate Inventory:

Track stock levels, conduct regular counts, and restock items to support order flow and product availability.

Order Fulfillment:

Pick and pack orders accurately, ensuring all items are secure, well-labeled, and shipped on time.

Shipping & Coordination:

Prepare outgoing shipments, generate shipping labels, and work with carriers to schedule timely pickups and deliveries.

Quality Checks:

Ensure that every product meets our quality standards before it leaves the warehouse.

Organize & Optimize:

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently by following best practices for layout and safety.

Operate Equipment:

Safely use pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand tools as needed. (Training and certification available if required.)

Collaborate & Communicate:

Work closely with fellow warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to keep things running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics role preferred. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and being on your feet for extended periods. Basic computer skills for inventory systems and shipping platforms. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certification in forklift operation a plus (but we'll train the right person).
