This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, values accuracy and safety, and enjoys being part of a hardworking team. The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products to customers safely and efficiently. Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional overtime, evenings, or weekends during peak business periods. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely, as needed Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts Deliver outstanding internal and external customer service Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent Valid California Driver's License Must be at least 18 years old Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Preferred Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience Forklift certification or forklift operating experience Electrical supply or industrial distribution experience Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Pay is based on experience, certifications, warehouse/distribution background, and industry knowledge.
