Warehouse Associate

Job Overview - Monday thru Friday 8am thru 4:30pm Join our dynamic team as a full-time Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring smooth warehouse distribution processes. Your proactive approach will help us maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management, heavy equipment operation, and material handling while contributing to the seamless flow of goods from our facility to customers around Ohio. Duties

• Loading and unloading delivery trucks (State Crest and Supplier's) and storing items in their designated location.
• Pull stock for customer pick-ups.
• Load customer orders into their vehicles.
• Locate missing items.
• Periodically count and record inventory numbers.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse tools.
• Assist with counter work (answer phones, print paperwork, assist customers; etc.) when needed.
• Follow OHSA regulations and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management. Skills
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Self- motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 5lbs and a maximum of 75lbs.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. . Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Proven working experience as a Warehouse Associate.
• Prior forklift/pallet jack operation experience (certification with 90 days will be provided).

. Background in the carpet and flooring industry a plus.

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour
