Warehouse Associate (Forklift Operator/Order Picker Experience) - White, GA

Job Summary Join a dynamic warehouse team as an Order Picker and Forklift Operator, where your energy and precision will drive efficient order fulfillment and materials handling. In this role, you will operate various types of heavy equipment, including reach trucks and forklifts, to pick, pack, and load products accurately and safely. Duties Safely operate reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment to load and unload materials Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and process orders Conduct order picking and packing with precision to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines Manage stock levels by stocking shelves efficiently and replenishing inventory as needed Assist with shipping & receiving activities, ensuring all shipments are correctly documented and verified Perform quality control checks on products to maintain high standards of accuracy and safety Support warehouse distribution efforts by organizing materials for efficient storage and retrieval Skills Proven experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and heavy equipment in a warehouse setting Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanner technology for order picking and inventory control Strong understanding of materials handling, shipping & receiving procedures, and order fulfillment processes Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during stock movement Excellent organizational skills with experience in warehouse management or distribution environments Knowledge of quality control standards, packaging techniques, and warehouse safety protocols This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute their skills in a fast-moving warehouse environment.
