What We're Looking For:

18 years of age or older Licensed driver with a clean driving record Able to pass a medical exam Able to lift up to 80 pounds Experience operating machinery Skill using and maintaining metalworking tools (e.g. drill press, chop saw, subcompact band saw) Experience with forklift operation Experience with data entry Experience with inventory management

What You'll Be Doing:

Craft & Create

• Operate machinery and assemble essential lightning protection components. Be the Backbone of Production
• Manage inventory, minimize waste, and keep operations running smoothly. Keep It Organized & Efficient
• Help maintain a lean, clean, and high-performing warehouse. Get Moving
• Drive to pick up and deliver materials as needed.
