Warehouse Associate - Outbound Shipping & Packaging

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing small business. This role primarily involves outbound order fulfillment, picking and packing shipments for UPS/FedEx. Our business is built on our reputation for going above and beyond. Duties Pick, prepare and package orders for shipment accurately and efficiently. Preparing shipments for daily carrier pickups (UPS, FedEx, Freight, etc.). Ensuring packaging quality meets company standards. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory. Maintain a clean, organized work environment. Occasionally prepare palletized shipments. Assist customers with "in-store" pickup. Assist other employees in various roles around the warehouse as needed. Skills Reliable with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Able to frequently lift up to 50lb safely. Comfortable working on your feet for prolonged periods. Previous experience in a shipping/packaging role is a plus. Previous experience using a pallet jack is a plus. Additional Information This is a full time in-person position. Schedule will normally be Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm. Occasional / infrequent opportunity for overtime and/or weekend shifts.

$20.00 per hour
