Warehouse Associate - Packing, Shipping & Logistics

We are a growing company specializing in the careful handling, packing, and shipping of fine art and antiques, and we're looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position (40 hours/week) with the opportunity to transition to full-time after a 90-day review period. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including 401(k) with matching, health insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance.

What You'll Do:

Safely handle, pack, and transport fine art and antiques from clients' homes, museums, and storage facilities Prepare high-value and delicate items for shipping with care and precision Maintain accurate inventory and database records Uphold warehouse safety, organization, and quality standards Meet daily productivity and shipping deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of warehouse, logistics, or shipping experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate) Comfortable lifting up to 80 lbs Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
