Responsibilities Responsibilities typically include a mix of customer service, physical labor, and general upkeep of the yard.

Common duties are:

Assisting customers by locating materials and helping load lumber and other products safely Organizing inventory in the yard or warehouse Keeping the work areas clean, neat, and safe at all times Supporting the sales counter by assisting customers in choosing their products and help loading their vehicles Following safety guidelines and properly using equipment Communicating with team members to ensure efficient operations Requirements Must be reliable and able to consistently work scheduled Saturday shifts Ability to lift and carry materials (often 80 lbs or more) and perform physical tasks Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Basic communication skills for interacting with customers and team members Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures Dependable transportation to and from work Previous experience isn't required, making this a good entry-level role for someone looking to gain practical work experience.
