Warehouse Associate - Reach Truck Operator (1st Shift) Vision Quest - DHL / Henkel Distribution Center (Louisville, KY) Position Summary Vision Quest is hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators to support operations at a high-volume DHL-managed Henkel distribution center. This role is responsible for safely operating a stand-up reach truck to move, store, and organize products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Shift:

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Full-time position Consistent overtime opportunities available (time-and-a-half pay) Key Responsibilities Operate a stand-up reach truck to move, stack, and organize products safely and efficiently Store and retrieve inventory from high-rack warehouse locations Load and unload shipments accurately Use RF scanners to track inventory and ensure system accuracy Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all OSHA and warehouse safety procedures Assist with picking, shipping/receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals Work as part of a team to support warehouse flow Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Standing, walking, bending, and twisting throughout the shift Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Experience & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience required Stand-up reach truck experience required Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Must be 18 years or older Ability to pass background check and drug screening Valid driver's license required Preferred Skills Forklift certification (plus) Experience with RF scanners and WMS systems Experience with additional equipment (pallet jack, sit-down forklift) Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills Why Join Us?
