$26.25/hr Benefits Information Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) ShortTerm Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities This position is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations and accurate distribution of equipment and products Communicating effectively with supervisors, employees, leads, superintendents, and managers Issuing the correct quantity of equipment to designated departments Receiving and verifying incoming products and equipment Maintaining accurate inventory records for all warehouse items Organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse Delivering equipment and supplies as needed Ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining a safe work environment Required Qualifications Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship) Must be 18 years or older Able to read, write, and speak English At least 6-12 months of warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience Ability to perform physically demanding work (standing, walking, bending for extended periods) Ability to work in warehouse conditions (hot, cold, dusty environments) Basic computer and communication skills Demonstrated reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating weekends and overtime as needed Strong attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Qualifications Forklift experience or certification Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems Basic math skills Recent work history (within the last 12 months) Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.
