Role:

The Warehouse Associate performs a variety of general labor duties across production, assembly, shipping, and receiving. This includes tasks such as unloading and loading trucks, order picking, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and using warehouse equipment. A significant portion of the role requires operating forklifts or reach trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

Load/unload trucks, verifying incoming/outgoing products Accurately pick and label customer orders Prepare shipping paperwork and provide detailed shipment info Perform cycle counts, replenish inventory, verify bin locations Manage shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers Communicate with customers via phone, email, or walk-ins Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse Follow all safety protocols and procedures Work independently and collaboratively Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other equipment Other relevant duties to the position will be assigned as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred 1+ year experience in warehouse or distribution Reach truck/forklift operation experience required Familiarity with SAP systems preferred Basic to moderate Microsoft Office knowledge Strong verbal communication skills in English Ability to read English labels and documents Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attendance Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs, stand/walk for entire shift, bend and climb
