Job Description Pay Rate:
$17/hour

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and delivery of materials across the property. This role ensures accurate inventory management, safe handling of goods, and timely distribution to internal departments while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
What You Will Do:
Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments using inventory systems (Oracle/ERP) Verify quantities, condition, and accuracy of items; report discrepancies or damages Follow inventory control procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently Organize, label, and store inventory properly Pick, pull, and stage materials based on internal requests Prepare, package, and secure outgoing shipments Obtain delivery documentation and signatures when required Maintain accurate inventory records and tracking Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits Optimize warehouse organization and space utilization Support internal teams and project managers with material requests Deliver materials throughout the resort as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Follow all safety guidelines and use required PPE Communicate effectively with team members and internal customers Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. What You Will Bring Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license required Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting and moving materials Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred Experience in hospitality, retail, or high-volume environments is a plus Familiarity with Oracle or ERP inventory systems preferred Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred Westgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace. Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
