Warehouse Clerk

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials, products, and inventory throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, safety conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast paced warehouse and production environment. This role requires strong teamwork, reliability, and the ability to safely operate warehouse equipment while supporting multiple departments as needed. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Read and follow production schedules, pick lists, shipping orders, and material requests Pull inventory and distribute materials to production or shipping areas Receive, sort, store, and organize products and materials in designated warehouse locations Assemble customer orders and prepare shipments Label and identify materials and inventory accurately Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records Weigh, count, and verify materials to ensure accuracy and quality standards Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently Transport materials between warehouse, production, and shipping departments Assist with loading and unloading shipments Support other departments including Production and U.S. Shipping when necessary Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices

QualificationsRequired:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred Ability to obtain/maintain forklift certification Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills & Competencies Strong work ethic and dependability Ability to follow instructions and meet productivity standards Commitment to workplace safety Good communication skills Strong attendance and punctuality Basic math skills including counting, percentages, and measurements Physical Requirements Frequently walk, reach, and move throughout the warehouse Occasionally stand, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds occasionally Comfortable working around moving mechanical equipment in a warehouse environment Work Environment This position works in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels and regular exposure to moving equipment and machinery.
