Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Clerk, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth inventory management, efficient shipping and receiving, and overall warehouse organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety First:

Uphold a strong safety culture by adhering to safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations. Identify and promptly address workplace hazards .

Shipping and Receiving:

Unload merchandise from trucks and verify delivery documents (e.g., bill of lading, shipping invoice, delivery note).

Inventory Coordination:

Collaborate with maintenance and production departments to manage inventory requirements.

Data Management:

Assist in preparing item materials master data for part number assignment in Maintenance Connections (CMMS). Accurately record goods issue and goods receipt transactions.

Goods Receipts:

Post goods receipts on vendor packing slips and communicate with the Warehouse Coordinator.

Cycle Counts:

Conduct 100% physical cycle counts quarterly and monthly for Water Treatment and Boiler Room inventory.

Restocking:

Deliver and restock products in on-site storage locations.

Materials Requests:

Fulfill requisitions, work orders, and requests for materials and tools.

Technical Aptitude:

Comfortable with data entry and basic inventory management.

Keep the warehouse orderly and efficient.

Customer Service:

Maintain a positive attitude and assist colleagues as needed.

Experience:
