40.0 Responsibilities Effectively manage construction warehouse and storage of project materials. Coordinate receiving of materials by working with buyers, invoice reconcilers, coordinators, and external suppliers and vendors. Ensure materials are inspected upon arrival for any damages, with all inspections documented. Provide receiving documentation to invoice reconciler for verification of receipt. Coordinate necessary preventative maintenance with appropriate leads/coordinators until installation and turnover. Ensure materials are stored properly and according to storage requirements until installation. Requirements 0-3 Years of related experience High School Diploma Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Gathering, input, modification, consolidation, and distribution of various documents as directed Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to get along with others Ability to effectively work with a team or independently Ability to multitask Self-starter, proactive System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
