Warehouse Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized & high energy Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the shipping and receiving operations. The ideal Warehouse Coordinator will be hands-on "air traffic controller" of our warehouse in both of our buildings, Juice Plant & Pack House, ensuring that supplies are accurately received and finished juice products are inventoried & loaded efficiently while maintaining strict cold-chain integrity.

Responsibilities Safety:

Follow and enforce all company safety policies, procedures and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Immediately report hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions, and actively participate in safety training.

Sanitation :

Ensure warehouse areas remain clean and compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Enforce OSHA standards and ensure all staff use equipment safely.

Dock Scheduling :

Coordinate the departure of all carriers; assign dock doors to optimize flow and prevent bottlenecks between production and shipping.

Team Oversight:

Assign daily tasks and provide hands-on training to new hires.

Cold-Chain Management :

Verify that refrigerated trailers are pre-cooled to the required temperature before loading our product.

Inbound Inspection :

Inspect incoming materials for damage, pests, or temperature deviations.

Inventory :

Utilize the ERP system to scan pallets, track lot numbers, and ensure FEFO (First Expired, First Out) rotation for perishable juice stock.

Documentation :

Prepare and audit all shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and seal logs.

Liaison :

Communicate real-time updates to Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and external freight brokers on delays.

Continuous Improvement Bottleneck Analysis:

Track "dock-to-stock" and "order-to-ship" times to identify and remove delays. 5

S Leadership:

Maintain an organized, clean, and "audit-ready" dock area at all times.

Waste Elimination:

Suggest process improvements to reduce paperwork errors and product damage. Qualifications Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations is essential

Experience:

3+ years in warehouse operations.

Equipment:

Proven ability to safely operate forklifts & scissor lift.

Tech Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft software and handheld RF scanners.

Physical:

Ability to work in varying temperatures (ranging from dry storage to cold coolers) and lift up to 40 lbs. Preferred Skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus for team coordination. Strong "safety-first" mindset.

Salary Range:
