Warehouse Coordinator / Team Lead

We're hiring a Warehouse Coordinator for a manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role that provides the-floor support for warehouse associates. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being active on the production floor and serving as a go-to resource for the team. What You'll Do Conduct oral drug screens onsite as needed Serve as a main point of contact for warehouse workers Provide day-to-day support and help resolve questions or issues Communicate with leadership and onsite teams Support general warehouse operations as needed This is not a desk role — you will be working directly on the floor each day. Requirements Ability to lift, move, and work safely in a warehouse setting Strong communication skills Professional and dependable What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Is confident operating equipment Can build rapport with warehouse workers Is comfortable reinforcing processes when needed Leads by example Thrives in a fast-paced production environment

Schedule:
