Description In Shop Production Work Review Scope of Project with Estimator
Receive project materials (i.e. doors, trim, etc.)
Confirm all materials and equipment are available to perform the project
Package project materials and prepare for delivery or pickup
Schedule delivery or pick up
Assist in identifying and implementing productivity and cost savings opportunities Shop Organization Evaluate and organize all sundries, tools, equipment, and materials in a manner to achieve operational efficiencies and organization
Maintain tidy and clean warehouse Equipment Inventory / Tracking / Maintenance Organize and control Shop Equipment inventory; maintain and refine equipment identification labeling system on asset and in system
Maintain equipment inventory and mark all equipment with appropriate company markings
Set up materials and/or equipment for new job start-ups, as required, and coordinate with Field Ops leaders
Prepare, Receive, Monitor and track all equipment; provide report monthly
Assist in safety/usability inspections of equipment; ensure all equipment is in good, safe working order
Perform/schedule regular servicing and maintenance of equipment
Schedule or perform routine maintenance of equipment (pumps, sprayers, power washers, fork lift, tools, and spray booth)
Make recommendations for new equipment purchases as required
Ultimate responsibility of all equipment movement
Assign personal equipment package for all new employees and maintains record; coordinate with Field Operations Manager
Oversee and manage periodic physical inventory verifications (minimum 2X per year) Manage Warehouse Deliveries Be aware of and prepared for all deliveries due to arrive
Prepare laydown areas for larger deliveries
Appropriately mark and store materials delivered Fleet Maintenance Maintain all control of company trucks; coordinate maintenance needs; maintain log with key information
Schedule all repairs, and maintenance of vehicles (breakdowns, inspections, oil changes, etc.) Project Deliveries Assist with pick up materials and deliver to jobs, as required, coordinate with Field Ops leaders Additional Details How To Identify Potential Job Scams
