$20•$23 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM•3

PMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilities Supervise and oversee employees working in a warehouse environment Ensure employees are adhering to all safety and quality requirements Provide coaching for employees, and disciplinary action when needed Must have the ability to professionally manage conflict, promote effective change, and problem solve quickly when necessary Complete administrative tasks as directed by management Excellent verbal and written communication skill Multiple Language Skills preferred•Spanish,Nepali, French, etc Candidates must have reliable transportation The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environmentstanding for 10 hours at one timeSkillsSupervisor/CoachMotivatingOperationsLeadingSupervisingSpanish (5 years of experience is preferred)QualificationsYears of experience: 2 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
