Full-Time, Monday to Friday We're looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team in Milford, MA This role is ideal for someone who's confident in warehouse operations and forklift work. Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently for loading, unloading, and material movement. Assist in daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Support and coordinate tasks among team members to maintain smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards. Communicate effectively with the supervisor and help drive team performance. Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of forklift operation and warehouse experience required. Strong organizational skills and understanding of shipping/receiving operations. Proven reliability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Leadership mindset — able to support management and guide coworkers. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. #CHE123
