Seven Peaks Fence and Barn aims to empower livestock owners to confidently install our fencing to achieve their goals. We offer both permanent and portable fencing solutions, complete with customized hardware products and step-by-step instructional videos, ensuring an easy and cost-effective installation process. We currently serve the Southwestern United States, and are actively working towards national expansion.
Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, processing inventory, organizing materials, stocking production, and preparing orders for customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast- paced environment. Key Responsibilities Receiving & Processing Unloading incoming shipments and verifying quantities against purchase orders. Inspect products for damage or discrepancies. Accurately record received inventory in designated systems. Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or shipment. Create shipping labels and required documentation. Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and properly staged. Inventory Management Store inventory in designated locations to maintain organization. Assist with cycle counts and general inventory accuracy. Enter and update inventory information using company software. Assembly Assemble hardware, components, or small product kits according to written instructions. Ensure assembled products meet quality expectations. Warehouse Operations Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, and other basic warehouse equipment. Organize materials and contribute to a smooth workflow. Safety & Maintenance Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. Qualifications Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic computer skills for entering inventory and printing labels. Ability to lift, move, and carry materials as required (typically up to 50 lbs). Experience in a warehouse or retail environment is preferred but not required. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and commitment to quality and accuracy.
