Production Facility Team MemberMineral Tech Holdings | Utah Mineral Tech Holdings is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our production team. We specialize in transforming natural minerals harvested from Utah land into agricultural products used by farmers to improve and support field performance across the country. This is not a desk job. About the Position As a Production Facility Team Member, you'll work hands-on in our industrial production environment helping process, move, package, and prepare mineral-based products for shipment. Team members play an important role in ensuring our materials are handled safely and efficiently from production through distribution.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the processing and handling of natural mineral materials Operate around production and processing equipment Move materials and products throughout the facility Load, unload, package, and prepare products for shipment Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout work areas Follow production schedules and team instructions Perform physically demanding labor throughout shifts Follow all workplace safety procedures and regulations Wear required safety gear at all times, including hard hats and

PPE Requirements:

Ability to perform physically demanding work daily Capable of lifting heavy materials repeatedly Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working in an industrial environment Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Safety-minded attitude Previous manufacturing, construction, production, mining, warehouse, or industrial experience is a plus, but not required

Work Environment:

This position takes place in an active production facility.

Conditions may include:

Dusty and industrial work environments Exposure to machinery and heavy equipment Indoor and outdoor work depending on operational needs Physically demanding tasks throughout shifts Hard hats and required safety equipment must be worn at all times
