Warehouse Lead

Returns Department Lead :

Looking for an individual to monitor and supervise a group of employees to achieve goals that contribute to the daily growth of the organization. Individual will be responsible for multiple daily tasks to ensure the operation continues to flow efficiently and productively. Individual will be required to be hands-on, lifting, labeling, scanning, and relocating products will be required. Reports daily production output to supervisor. Organized, detailed oriented with good communication skills. Individual reliable transportation is a must , and leadership experience is required. Qualifications

• Strong background in supply chain management
• Demonstrated experience in inventory control and warehouse management
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a large team effectively
• Experience in process improvement
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in math for inventory control and demand planning
• Provide onboarding and on the job training to all new associates
• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs to create reports and generate communications to management

ADDITIONAL DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring that all daily returns have been processed and located to their designated area
• Fulfilling all daily trailer loading requirements
• Always maintaining a clean floor, especially at the end of the day in preparation for the next
• Provide end of day recaps daily via report and pictures
• Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company
• Track productivity, research and resolve issues, provide feedback on productivity and quality related performance to associates, peers and Managers by using departmental resources
• Adopt and endorse continuous improvement concepts where applicable
