Warehouse Lead 1 Our warehouse is a fast-paced environment dealing with retail and specialty customer. The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for Leading all aspects of the warehouses 3 team including but not limited to, shipping, receiving, planning, cycle counting and staying on top of all compliances related issues. We are looking for a detail orientated individual who can execute all of the above while keeping tracking of all corresponding paperwork to each order processed. In addition, this position will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe work area free from excess debris on floors, racks, and outside dock areas. This position requires leadership skill and must be team oriented as it crosses into multiple departments and the individual must be a selfmotivated with a result orientated personality. Candidates must be available to work irregular hours and possible extended hours. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Solid understanding of each customer's shipping requirement Daily/Weekly/Monthly planning for all outbound/inbound shipments Lead the maintenance of item allocation in the main operating system and physically on the floor Review all applicable paperwork for all outbound shipments through applicable departments or software Monitor and manage all Round1 requirements Monitoring of Warehouse Associates to ensure assign tasks are being completed in a timely manner Monitor inventory and shipments transactions for accuracy Assigning workloads and daily tasks to all warehouse 3 associates Responsible for ensuring that equipment is kept clean, free of debris and fully operational Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe work area, free from excess debris on floors, racks, and outside dock areas Ensure that all rules and SOPs are follow and that all customer shipments are shipped in accordance with specific shipping guidelines Ensure that all shipping deadlines are met Routed verified order on FedEx ground softeware Maintain non-stock item, order stock as needed and maintain minimum stock levels Qualifications & Experiences Strong analytical, decision making, multi-tasking, and communication skills Ability to work independently (self-motivated) and complete projects within required timeframes and daily problem solving and issue resolution Able to recommend tough, informed decisions quickly to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to keep warehouse flowing and on track with daily orders Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work without missing critical deadlines and possess excellent problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment Hands-on problem solver Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office ERP Knowledge Must achieve and maintain technical and professional proficiency, shipping and receiving processes / procedures and inventory management. Must be able to cultivate relationships through teamwork and collaboration with customers, coworkers, and approved subcontractors Demonstrates initiative by recognizing opportunities or problems and acting Maintains an awareness of conditions that affect employee safety and consistently behaves in a safe manner and encourages others to do the same Must be available to work regular hours and extended hours

Pay:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
