We pride ourselves on quality, teamwork, and a vibrant company culture. We're seeking a dedicated Warehouse Lead to join our team and help ensure smooth operations in our warehouse. The Warehouse Lead will oversee daily warehouse activities, coordinate workflow, and lead a team of warehouse associates to ensure accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve performance standards. Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper documentation of all transactions. Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Coordinate with other departments to meet production schedules and deliverables. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and warehouse cleanliness. Assist in troubleshooting issues related to inventory discrepancies or operational bottlenecks. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes. Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) and follow safety procedures. Excellent communication and team-building skills. Ability to work in a physically active environment and lift heavy items as needed. Flexibility to work various shifts as required. •
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehousing are a plus. Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
