Warehouse Lead

Nesco Resource is seeking hard-working candidates for a Warehouse Lead position for a Distribution client in Livonia, MI .

Shift:

7 :00 am to 4:30p, Monday through

Friday Pay:

$25 per hour

Responsibilities:

Receive, process, label, and store incoming stock Record exact arrival and departure times for shipments. Maintain clear records on all inventory and stock. Operate stock management tools including standing hi-lo and reach truck within safety guidelines Operate hand scanner to transact raw material from receiving Prepare outbound orders for shipment Inspect all stock for damages and keep records of damages Identify inventory discrepancies and assist in determining the root cause Cycle count scheduling to meet financial and operational targets Organize the warehouse space and maintain a clean environment. Clean up and dispose of dunnage as needed Take physical inventory of material as requested Create and follow cycle counting schedule Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent, required Forklift certification, required Minimum 1 year of Standing Forklift or Reach Truck experience, required Knowledge in cycle counting, warehouse operations, inventory tracking pull systems, and SAP Proficient in computers and data entry Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift throughout shift Must have excellent attendance Time management and organizational skills Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
