Warehouse Logistics Coordinator Kalkaska, MI 49646 Full-time Full-time About the Role As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, you will serve as the central hub for our facility's supply chain operations. You will drive operational efficiency by overseeing the precise movement, inspection, and organization of essential materials to ensure seamless production workflows. Responsibilities Execute the safe operation of heavy machinery to facilitate the efficient transfer of goods between storage zones and outbound transport. Validate the integrity of incoming and outgoing materials by utilizing precision measurement instrumentation to maintain strict quality standards. Optimize inventory accuracy through consistent cycle counting and systematic processing of work-in-progress items. Generate comprehensive shipping documentation and labeling to ensure full traceability and streamlined logistics. Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement and quality assurance departments to resolve supply chain discrepancies. Maintain a high-standard, organized workspace to promote safety and operational excellence. Required Skills Demonstrated experience in shipping, receiving, and material handling environments. Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and documentation. Proficiency in basic computer systems for inventory tracking. Preferred Skills Current forklift certification or the ability to obtain one through our training program. Experience with precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Background in packaging and warehouse safety protocols.
