Established operation with long-term growth opportunities About the Role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, shipping coordination, and material flow within a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for supporting efficient customer fulfillment, maintaining operational standards, and leading warehouse personnel to ensure day-to-day success. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in warehousing, shipping, logistics, or distribution operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse, shipping, and inventory activities Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet operational demands Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and system transactions Support warehouse organization, storage utilization, and material flow Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and shipping personnel Promote workplace safety and compliance with company policies Monitor shipping schedules and adjust priorities as needed Collaborate with operations, customer service, and logistics teams Identify and resolve operational or inventory-related issues

Qualifications Experience:

5+ years of warehouse, shipping, logistics, or distribution experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience required Experience with warehouse, inventory, or ERP systems preferred Manufacturing or industrial environment experience is a plus

Skills:

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor s degree preferred.
