Warehouse Lumper (Days) Behind every order is a team making sure products are unloaded, organized, and ready to move. At Ferraro Foods, our lumpers play a key role in keeping product flowing through the warehouse so our customers across the food industry get what they need, when they need it. We re looking for a Warehouse Lumper who s hardworking, dependable, and ready to jump in and keep operations moving. This role is internally titled Warehouse Multifunction Associate. What You ll Be Working On Unload inbound shipments and break down product from delivery trucks Handle returned product, pallets, and materials from incoming loads Move product throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and equipment Build, break down, and restack pallets while maintaining safe load stability Repack, rotate, and organize product to keep inventory accurate Stage product in the correct areas to support warehouse flow Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift The Ingredients for Success Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull product (up to 80 lbs repeatedly throughout the entire shift) Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments (including refrigerated and freezer areas) Ability to adapt to changing priorities Why You ll Love Working Here Work with a team that supports customers across the food industry Hands-on, active work with clear expectations Opportunity to grow within warehouse and operations Team environment that values effort and reliability

Mon•Fri | 7:00 AM•4:30

PM Pay:

$16•$18 per hour
