We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations, drive labor efficiency, and build a high-performing team capable of handling significant volume growth. This role is critical to our next stage of growth. You will be responsible for managing people, improving processes, and ensuring operational execution keeps pace with sales. What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) Clear accountability structure across supervisors and warehouse staff Labor cost per order trending toward target Training program in place with measurable onboarding outcomes Reduction in errors, rework, and operational friction Warehouse running on defined processes, not ad hoc decisions Core Responsibilities 1. Warehouse Operations & Execution Oversee all daily fulfillment operations (pick, pack, ship, receiving, inventory) Ensure orders are shipped accurately, on time, and in line with customer requirements Maintain organization, cleanliness, and flow of the warehouse Step in and work alongside the team during peak periods 2. Team Leadership & Structure Manage ~25 warehouse associates through 3 supervisors (target structure) Maintain proper span of control Hold supervisors accountable for performance, output, and team management Address attendance, performance, and behavioral issues directly 3. Labor Efficiency & Cost Control Own labor cost per order and overall warehouse productivity Use ShipHero data to track: pick/pack efficiency output per employee labor allocation Optimize staffing levels based on volume (avoid over/under staffing) Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in workflows 4. Training & Process Development Build and maintain a structured training program for new hires Standardize customer-specific packing instructions and workflows Ensure consistent execution across all employees and shifts Continuously improve SOPs based on operational data 5. Systems & Data (ShipHero) Lead adoption and utilization of ShipHero across the warehouse Ensure accurate data capture for labor tracking and reporting Use dashboards and KPIs to drive daily decision-making Partner with leadership to refine reporting and performance metrics 6. Scaling & Capacity Planning Prepare warehouse operations for significant Q4 volume increase Help plan staffing needs based on projected order volume Support expansion into multiple warehouse areas if needed Maintain performance under increasing complexity and volume Key Metrics (You Own These) Labor cost per order Orders per labor hour Order accuracy / error rate Orders shipped per day On-time shipment % Employee productivity and retention Ideal Candidate Profile Experience managing warehouse teams of 20+ employees Proven ability to lead supervisors and frontline staff Hands-on leadership style — willing to work on the floor when needed Strong operator — focused on execution, not just strategy Comfortable using data to manage performance (ShipHero experience a plus) Process-driven but adaptable in a fast-paced environment Direct communicator who can hold people accountable

Compensation Base Salary:

$60,000
