Job Description
The Warehouse Manager's main priorities are to assist management with warehouse operations which includes inventory management, fleet management, warehouse management, and day-to-day operations geared towards operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Receiving deliveries and ensure the proper warehouse rotation of product Assist the Operations Manager with daily inventory to ensure accurate counting and tracking inventory on trucks and in the warehouse Inspect cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouse Conduct quarterly business reviews to update Regional Accounts on business, channel competition, opportunities, and promotions Assist in repackaging and introducing repackaged products back into circulation within RBNA's standards Assist in the disposal of damage/out-of-date product Assist with the scheduling and delivery of fleet vehicles for routine maintenance. Secondary contact for warehouse access and security Other duties as assigned #matadordistRequirements/Qualifications/Skills:
Prior warehouse experience, preferred Excellent communication, organizational and mathematical skills Ability to regularly lift and move 25 lbs. over your headPhysical Requirements:
Repeatedly lifting 10-25 pounds including overhead. Moving carts/dolly that weigh up to 75 pounds. Ability to stand and walk frequently. Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials. Work in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions.Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Clear background and drug testing. Able to obtain or have a medical DOT certification Prior sales experience preferred. Knowledge of the beverage market preferred.Compensation/Benefits:
