YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR WAREHOUSE MANAGER

In this role, you take full command of warehouse operations, coordinating daily logistics and ensuring the team stays productive and safe. You begin by reviewing inbound deliveries, managing incoming stock, and confirming quantities through the Skyboss application. As you oversee warehouse inventory, you run reports, track usage, and make adjustments to maintain accuracy. You ensure every order is placed on time and at the best price, thanks to close communication with wholesale reps. As you walk through the facility, you ensure all safety and operational procedures are being followed and that the team has the support they need. Whether directing your warehouse crew, resolving a shipment issue, or putting away materials with your own hands, your focus remains steady: efficient and reliable warehouse operations backed by accurate, real-time warehouse inventory management. Here's what we need from you: Valid driver's license Excellent understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory, and inventory controls Proficient computer skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Strong people skills Ability to work extended hours 2+ years of warehouse experience is preferred
