Job Overview We are seeking an energetic, organized, and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee our daily shipping and receiving operations in Tunbridge. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, managing shipping and receiving of inventory, ensuring smooth logistics and inventory accuracy. You will handle communication for all shipments, and moving products move seamlessly between our warehouse and our retail location in Quechee. This is a critical role in a growing business. You'll have the autonomy to manage the space as your own while playing a direct part in our success.

Key Responsibilities Shipping & Receiving:

Manage all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy in documentation and physical handling.

International Logistics:

Coordinate international shipments, including preparing necessary customs documentation and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.

Inventory Management:

Maintain real-time inventory accuracy. Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Retail Transfers:

Regularly transport and transfer products to our store in Quechee, VT , ensuring timely stock replenishment.

Facility Maintenance:

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment to optimize workflow and safety standards.

Requirements Physical Ability:

Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks regularly.

Transportation:

Valid Driver's License and a reliable, insured vehicle are required for local transfers.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency in basic computer functions (Email, Word, Excel), ability to learn and operate shipping services like

UPS World Ship and FedEx Reliability:

Strong punctual work ethic and the ability to work independently in a quiet warehouse setting. Preferred Technical Skills To excel in this role, the following skills are highly valued: Inventory Software (WMS): Experience with platforms Shopify, Magento or other software.

Shipping Software:

Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or multi-carrier platforms like ShipStation.

Logistics Coordination:
