Phantom Fireworks is searching for an experienced, qualified individual for a Warehouse Manager at our distribution center located in Cocoa, FL. This position is full-time, year round. This is a small distribution center that supplies regional retail locations with product and operates primarily out of shipping containers.

Core Responsibilities:

Manages shipping and receiving of product Order picking-bill of ladings-inventory Interfaces with trucking companies and scheduling Manages/delegates to temporary seasonal warehouse personnel Directs and implements procedural aspects of warehousing and transportation Fosters team working environment - including customer service Creates organized and efficient loads for delivery that maximize route productivity and are within the guidelines of the Federal DOT. Schedules routes for trucks and contract drivers. Monitor of vehicles and equipment to ensure they are running properly and up to safety standards of OSHA and the Federal DOT Works independently and as a team in both slow- and fast-paced environment. Maintain professional and positive attitude. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in warehousing/shipping/receiving Warehouse management 3 years preferred Inventory control 1 year preferred Shipping and recieving 1 year preferred Must be able to operate a fork-lift and pallet-jack (training provided if necessary) Must have knowledge of DOT regulations Must be able to lift 75 lbs., stand, sit, kneel, and work both indoors and outdoors Basic computer skills Must be able to work extended hours to include overtime, holidays and weekends during our fireworks season Must be able to pass a criminal and credit background check
