Warehouse Material Handler Bourbon, IN 46504 $15.20 - $19.25 an hour - Full-time $15.20 - $19.25 an hour - Full-time About the Role As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will play a critical role in the efficiency of our logistics operations by managing the movement and organization of inventory. You will utilize your expertise in forklift operation to ensure that shipping and receiving workflows remain seamless and productive. Responsibilities Execute the loading and unloading of trailers to maintain a steady flow of goods through the facility. Operate industrial lift equipment with precision to stack and organize materials, ensuring maximum warehouse space utilization. Accurately label and document inventory to support precise tracking and supply chain visibility. Perform consistent physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, to support the rapid movement of products. Maintain a high level of agility to manage frequent transitions on and off equipment throughout the shift. Participate in cross-training initiatives to master additional warehouse machinery and broaden your operational impact. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a warehouse environment. At least 2 years of hands-on experience operating a forklift. Valid forklift certification. Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently. Preferred Skills Prior experience with inventory management systems or scanning technology. Demonstrated history of reliability in fast-paced, high-volume shipping environments. Strong commitment to workplace safety standards and operational protocols.
