Fully Paid Health Insurance 401(k) Employee discounts Health insurance 401(k) matching Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance About the Role We're hiring a Warehouse Operations Associate to support our Pacific, MO operations. This role helps pull, prepare, clean, inspect, and package high-purity stainless steel tubing and fittings for customer orders. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to quality, cleanliness, and doing the job right. What You'll Do Pick, stage, and verify tubing, fittings, and related products for customer orders. Package and label shipments accurately to prevent damage, mix-ups, and shipping errors. Perform cleaning processes for tubing and fittings in accordance with established procedures and PPE requirements. Use a borescope inspection camera to inspect tubing interiors for visible defects or foreign material; training provided. Assist with receiving, stocking, put-away, and general warehouse organization. Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock location organization, and material handling. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following company procedures and quality standards. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs. Basic computer skills required, including creating and printing labels for work orders and crates. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures. Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-minded. Nice to Have (Not Required) Warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience. Experience with inspection, quality checks, or clean handling practices. Forklift experience or certification. Experience working with tubing, fittings, or metal products.
