Hourly•Based on experience Position Summary Nutec NPC is seeking a reliable and versatile Warehouse Operations Associate to support daily warehouse functions, customer service, and order processing activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment while also supporting administrative and operational coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring materials move efficiently through the warehouse while supporting customer needs and collaborating with both operations and sales teams. Key Responsibilities Perform daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and staging materials Operate forklifts safely and efficiently Assist with order entry and processing customer orders accurately Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service support as needed Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate product flow Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and timeliness Support inventory control and warehouse organization Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and workflow Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse Follow all safety procedures and company policies Required Qualifications Prior warehouse experience required Forklift experience required (certification preferred or ability to obtain) Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) Experience with order entry or customer service support Ability to work collaboratively across departments (operations & sales) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Work Environment Non-climate controlled warehouse (hot summers and cold winters) Physical work including lifting, moving materials, and standing for extended periods Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities available Benefits (effective after 90 days): Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Company-paid holidays
