Warehouse Operations & Systems Manager Caliberr Staffing Jeffersonville, IN 47130 $52.53 - $71.39 an hour - Full-time $52.53 - $71.39 an hour - Full-time About the Role As a Warehouse Systems Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary architect for our logistics technology and physical distribution strategy. You will bridge the gap between technical WMS infrastructure and daily warehouse execution to drive operational excellence, optimize inventory accuracy, and foster a high-performance safety culture. Responsibilities Lead the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to streamline logistics workflows. Direct daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control, ensuring all processes align with organizational goals. Analyze WMS database structures and performance metrics to implement data-driven solutions that reduce waste and increase throughput. Manage labor scheduling and resource allocation to meet fluctuating operational demands while maintaining high productivity standards. Oversee site-wide safety initiatives, including the training and certification of equipment operators to ensure a secure work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional leadership in purchasing, production, and sales to synchronize supply chain activities and resolve discrepancies. Facilitate the successful implementation of new systems and technical modifications across the facility. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field. 6+ years of combined experience in WMS management and warehouse operations. 4+ years of experience managing IT systems and technical infrastructure. Proven expertise in inventory control, cycle counting, and labor management systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable operational strategies. Preferred Skills Master's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline. 10+ years of experience in logistics management and WMS administration. 6+ years of experience in leadership, project management, or talent development. Deep understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and supply chain optimization.
