We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and flexible Warehouse Operators to support our growing warehouse operations across multiple New Jersey locations. Open Positions & Responsibilities NJ1

• Packing Associates Prior packing experience required Pack customer orders accurately in a fast-paced environment Verify products, labels, and shipment details before packing Maintain packing speed and quality standards Support general warehouse duties as needed NJ2
• Picker Associates Prior warehouse picking experience preferred Pick products accurately based on system instructions and order requirements Handle single-item and multi-SKU orders efficiently Maintain productivity and accuracy throughout shifts Support additional warehouse operations as needed NJ3
• Pickers, Packers & Receiving Associates Picker & Packer Responsibilities Perform order picking and packing accurately and efficiently Use scanners or PDAs to process inventory and shipments Maintain organized workstations and follow warehouse SOPs Receiving Associate Responsibilities Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations Unload containers and incoming shipments safely and efficiently Scan inbound containers and process receipts in the warehouse system Put away inventory into designated storage locations Assist carriers and drivers during pickups and deliveries Organize pallets and maintain warehouse flow Support inventory accuracy and receiving performance Qualifications Basic Requirements Authorized to work legally in the United States Weekend availability required (Saturday or Sunday) Basic English communication skills required Spanish or Chinese language skills are a plus Experience & Skills Warehouse/logistics/fulfillment experience (picking, packing, receiving) preferred Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment strongly preferred Basic computer and scanner/PDA experience preferred Forklift experience is a plus (especially for Receiving roles) Personal Attributes & Physical Requirements Strong work ethic, reliable, and responsible Flexible and adaptable to operational needs Team-oriented with a positive attitude Detail-oriented and safety-conscious Able to stand/walk throughout the shift and regularly lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs
