Operational Support & Team Alignment Huddle Participation:
Attend daily pre-shift huddles led by Supervisors to stay fully aligned on nightly production goals, safety focuses, and operational priorities.
Workflow Assistance:
Collaborate closely with Supervisors to identify staffing needs and provide real-time feedback on floor coverage to ensure talent is allocated effectively, which includes working lines to assist with covereage breaks, absences and business needs.
Leadership Support:
Act as a secondary layer of support for Leads and Supervisors, ensuring all team members have the tools and direction needed to succeed.
Performance & Welfare Management Employee Welfare Checks:
Conduct daily verbal and written welfare checks with talent. Document all interactions, citing specific incidents regarding performance (positive and constructive), safety, and time management.
Conflict Resolution:
Actively identify and resolve interpersonal or operational conflicts using professional de-escalation and resolution tactics.
Attendance Oversight:
Monitor and ensure that all talent are clocking in and out at appropriate times, addressing any time-management discrepancies immediately.
Weekly Reporting:
Compile and deliver comprehensive weekly progress reports to the Randstad Site Manager regarding team performance, morale, and site health.
Safety & Compliance Guidelines Enforcement:
Ensure all employees strictly follow site-specific safety guidelines at all times.
salary:
$19.75 - $20 per hourshift: Secondwork hours: 4 PM - 12:30

Monitor the floor to ensure the warehouse consistently meets and follows all OSHA and Randstad safety standards. Perform regular floor walks to identify potential safety risks and intervene immediately to correct unsafe behaviors. Conduct daily verbal and written welfare checks with talent to ensure a welcoming and productive environment. Document all coaching interactions, citing specific incidents regarding performance (positive and constructive), safety, and time management. Monitor and ensure all talent are clocking in and out at appropriate times, addressing any time-keeping discrepancies. Resolve interpersonal or operational conflicts using professional de-escalation and resolution tactics. Deliver comprehensive weekly progress reports to the Randstad Site Manager regarding team performance and site health.
