In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products from inventory and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition. Duties Carefully pick items from designated storage locations based on order specifications, verifying quantities and product details. Pack selected items securely using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during transit. Label packages accurately with shipping information to facilitate smooth delivery processes. Conduct quality checks on packed orders to ensure accuracy and completeness before dispatch. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency throughout your shift. Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking and packing targets while adhering to safety protocols. Assist with inventory replenishment and stock organization as needed to support seamless operations. Skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions precisely. Good physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move items throughout the shift. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (preferred but not required). Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and safety compliance. Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in warehouse picking or packing roles is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
