Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate

Position Summary Clear Wave Ventures is seeking a dynamic, dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Associate to support daily shipping and receiving operations at our Tomball, TX facility. This role is responsible for preparing outbound shipments, receiving inbound deliveries, coordinating parcel and freight shipments, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The ideal candidate is organized, self-managed, and communicates effectively with both internal teams and external customers. Key Responsibilities Process daily shipping and receiving activities, including staging, labeling, packing, pallet wrapping/strapping, and documentation. Create and manage shipments using UPS, FedEx, and freight/LTL carrier systems. Prepare bills of lading (BOLs), packing slips, and related shipping paperwork. Verify inbound receipts against documentation, report discrepancies and damages promptly. Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records using Microsoft Excel and Word. Coordinate shipment schedules and communicate status updates with internal teams and external customers. Support general warehouse operations, including organization, cleanliness, and safe material handling. Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines to ensure efficient and compliant operations. Ensure safe operation of warehouse and transportation of goods Required Qualifications 3-5 years of previous warehouse and/or shipping experience (minimum). Hands-on experience with UPS, FedEx, and freight/LTL shipping processes. Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work independently; self-managed and accountable for task completion. Professional communication skills with internal teams and external customers. Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks as required. Preferred Qualifications Post-high school education (certificate, vocational training, associate degree, or equivalent).
