We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receiving Associate to join our client in Pocomoke. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the receiving department, ensuring that all incoming shipments are accurately processed and stored. This position requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment. Duties Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, ensuring all packages are accounted for. Breakdown inventory and store Move inventory to precise locations in the warehouse Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve processes within the receiving department. Skills Experience in order picking and packing. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere while managing multiple tasks. Shipping Associate:

Strive for same-day shipping. Accurate order picking and good packing procedures, and to achieve weekly cycle counts as instructed. Responsibilities Pull generated pick tickets for shipping Pack generated pick tickets for shipping Manifest packed orders for shipment Build truck shipments for chain accounts Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency Qualifications Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in shipping & receiving roles. Participate in weekly cycle counts Replenish inventory as directed by management Ability to operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and pallet jacks. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and packaging. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Hours are Monday - Friday 6am -2:30pm
