This role is responsible for order fulfillment, receiving incoming freight, stocking inventory, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and works well both independently and as part of a team. Forklift experience is preferred but not required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Receive incoming shipments and verify freight against purchase orders or packing slips Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment when required Maintain shipping documents, invoices, bills of lading, and other required paperwork Return pallets, skids, and equipment to designated storage areas Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse organization Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred Sit-down LP forklift experience preferred, but not required Basic computer skills required Strong verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 50 lbs is necessary, and any items exceeding this weight must be lifted with mechanical assistance or as a team lift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods during shifts Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Additional Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must pass background screening and drug testing, as required by applicable regulations
