Job Description

Job Summary Chupp Distributions Co is seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations while actively working alongside the team. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively delegate, follow through on tasks, and ensure productivity and efficiency across all warehouse functions. The ideal candidate will work along the crew to unload semi shipments by hand while sorting and organizing merchandise. While also packing and loading semi shipments for out-going orders. Responsibilities Load and unload by hand, incoming and outgoing shipments safely and efficiently Organize and inventory up to 25 semi-truck loads per week in the busy season Work alongside warehouse crew to support daily operations and lead by example Delegate tasks clearly and effectively to team members Monitor and follow up on delegated tasks to ensure timely completion Manage and oversee daily production and workflow of the warehouse team Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate clearly and consistently with Director of Operations regarding operations, challenges, and progress Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency when needed Ensure all deadlines and productivity goals are met
Qualifications:
Previous management experience
REQUIRED
Previous warehouse experience
REQUIRED
Strong work ethic with a willingness to be hands-on in daily operations Proven ability to delegate tasks and hold team members accountable Excellent communication skills, both with team members and Operations Manager Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly Physically capable of lifting, loading, and unloading materials of 100-150lbs repeatdly throughout the day Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time Ability to work in all elements of different seasons

Pay:
$26.00•$32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0•50.0 per week
