We are a fast-paced sign supply company looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse / Operations Supervisor to manage daily warehouse and logistics operations. Duties Create daily delivery routes for drivers. Manage inventory control, receiving, organization, and stock levels. Oversee maintenance schedules for forklifts, delivery trucks, and company vehicles. Coordinate daily order processing and fulfillment for customer orders. Keep warehouse operations organized, efficient, and safe. Support loading, unloading, staging, and preparation of materials for delivery. Communicate with office staff, warehouse team, drivers, and management. Help improve daily processes and reduce delays. Skills Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, delivery routing, or operations supervision preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Hands-on warehouse experience preferred. Inventory control and order fulfillment experience preferred. Forklift experience or certification is a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
