Position Overview We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, coordinate logistics, and lead a small warehouse team. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with supervisory responsibilities. Key Duties Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and materials handling Lead, train, and motivate within a team, ensuring safety, productivity, and teamwork Manage inventory using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to maintain accurate stock Coordinate with Transport service providers, 3PL providers and distribution to ensure timely order fulfillment from customers Implement process improvements and safety protocols in line with OSHA standards Operate forklifts and mechanical equipment safely Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse supervision and logistics management, preferably in agricultural equipment or mechanical products Experience with inventory management, order fulfillment, and 3PL coordination Familiarity with WMS systems and ERP (LingXing) Strong team leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Safety-focused and detail-oriented Cross-cultural communication with overseas plant; Mandarin Chinese skills are a plus.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
