Warehouse Supervisor (Cold Box)

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Warehouse Supervisor (Cold Box) to lead our temperature-controlled storage operations. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure efficient distribution processes, and maintain strict inventory control within a cold storage environment. Your leadership will drive process improvements, uphold safety standards, and coordinate logistics to meet operational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a dedicated team while ensuring the seamless handling of perishable goods in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations in a cold storage environment, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling. (Nights) Manage inventory levels accurately using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms, ensuring proper inventory control and documentation. Coordinate warehouse distribution activities, optimizing storage space and workflow efficiency. Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing training on safety procedures, equipment operation (including forklift use), and process standards. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, safety compliance (OSHA), and overall warehouse performance. Oversee forklift operations and heavy lifting tasks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and mechanical standards. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations specific to cold storage environments and 3PL (third-party logistics) partnerships. Experience Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management role within cold storage or temperature-sensitive environments. Strong background in inventory management, logistics coordination, and warehouse distribution processes. Bilingual in Spanish a big plus! Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and materials handling equipment such as forklifts. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards applicable to cold storage facilities and heavy lifting operations. Familiarity with fulfillment processes, shipping & receiving procedures (cold beverage experience a plus). Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment maintenance is a plus. Pay:

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
