My Favorite Chicken® is a rapidly growing wholesale and e-commerce backyard poultry supply company serving customers across the United States. This role works directly with ownership and plays a key part in scaling operations as we continue to expand. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient distribution, inventory control, team management, and safety compliance within a fast-paced environment that supports: Wholesale distribution E-commerce fulfillment 3PL operations Shipping & receiving Light production and assembly This role is vital in maintaining workflow, improving systems, and leading our warehouse team through continued growth. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate warehouse and light production/assembly activities including: Product packaging Inventory management Shipping & receiving Materials handling Warehouse organization Lead and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety standards Oversee inventory control processes using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Place inventory replenishment orders with suppliers and vendors Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy Operate or oversee the safe operation of forklifts and other mechanical equipment Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety protocols Manage logistics coordination with:
LTL & FTL
carriers UPS, FedEx, USPS 3PL providers Internal departments Monitor heavy lifting procedures and ensure proper mechanical handling practices Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and receipts Facilitate training programs for team members on materials handling, safety procedures, and system usage Work closely with ownership to improve systems and support expansion initiatives Qualifications Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar warehouse management role Strong knowledge of: Inventory management Logistics Shipping & receiving Materials handling Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), AS400, and related software Understanding of OSHA guidelines and warehouse safety compliance Forklift experience required (certification preferred) Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment and processes Familiarity with wholesale distribution, e-commerce logistics, and 3PL operations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure while maintaining safety and operational standards Bachelor's degree required What Makes This Role Different Because we are a growing small business: You will have a direct impact on company performance You will help build systems — not just follow them You will wear multiple hats as needed You will work directly with the owner Growth opportunities exist as the company scales Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Potential profit-sharing program tied to performance standards and company growth 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off Who Will Thrive Here Self-starters Leaders who take ownership Process improvers Problem-solvers Team players who are flexible and adaptable Individuals excited about being part of a rapidly growing brand If you are ready to grow with a company that values accountability, innovation, and hard work — we would love to hear from you.Job Type:
