Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient distribution, inventory control, team management, and safety compliance within a fast-paced environment that supports: Wholesale distribution E-commerce fulfillment 3PL operations Shipping & receiving Light production and assembly This role is vital in maintaining workflow, improving systems, and leading our warehouse team through continued growth. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate warehouse and light production/assembly activities including: Product packaging Inventory management Shipping & receiving Materials handling Warehouse organization Lead and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety standards Oversee inventory control processes using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Place inventory replenishment orders with suppliers and vendors Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy Operate or oversee the safe operation of forklifts and other mechanical equipment Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety protocols Manage logistics coordination with:
