Everett, WA Job Details Full-time $26 - $29 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Customer service Cycle counting inventory management English Internal audits Audit support Full Job Description CORT Party Rental is hiring for a Warehouse Supervisor for our Inventory Department! Lead our Asset & Inventory team to keep rental inventory accurate, rental-ready, and properly tracked. This role supports contract closing, manages the overbooking and transfer process, and communicates shortages/discrepancies to internal teams and customers.
Pay:
$26-$29 / hour depending on experience
Schedule:
Schedule is typically Monday through Friday with some weekends as business requires. Hours will vary based on business demands. Supervise, train, and hold accountable a small team Support/oversee contract closing; communicate shortages, substitutions, and discrepancies Manage overbookings with Sales & Operations (solutions include transfers/sub-rentals) Facilitate and participate in cycle counts and inventory audits; investigate variances Coordinate asset status: rental-ready, missing, damaged, in repair Support transfers between locations; ensure accurate counts and on-time reconciliation Oversee receiving/audits of new product vs packing slip & PO; maintain bin locations Ensure documentation supports chargebacks for missing/broken items as needed Other duties as assigned Must be at least 18 years of age. 3+ years in inventory control/warehouse/asset management (supervisory/lead experience preferred) Cycle count/audit and reconciliation experience Inventory system experience (POR preferred) Previous customer service experience Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Excellent communication skills; proficient in the English language. Must have reliable transportation. Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Must pass drug screens (does not include THC) as a condition of employment. CORT also participates in the E-Verify program.
